The project aims to develop algorithms that can diagnose failures in real time for safety critical application actuators. You will be enthusiastic, innovative and self-motivated and should have at least a MEng (minimum 2.1) in Electrical, Mechanical, Aeronautical or Automotive Engineering preferably with a PhD in a related discipline. An industrial placement in an area relevant to the aerospace industry or control systems would be advantageous.
